With a strong focus on Real Property and Conveyancing matters currently, she has accumulated extensive experience in navigating the details of property transactions. She has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including property developers, banks, financial institutions, and individual clients. She possesses a keen insight into the unique challenges associated with each client category, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet the specific needs and objectives of the clienteles.

During the early years of her legal career, Azlinda engaged in civil litigation matters including expertise in areas such as bankruptcy, winding up, writ seizure and sale, and garnishing proceedings. This early experience equipped her with a solid foundation and an understanding of diverse legal aspects, contributing to her well-rounded approach in handling property transactions.

While at Rahayu Partnership, she has been involved in areas of practice, including Corporate & Commercial Law, Conveyancing, and Banking & Finance. 

  • Facilitating the sale and purchase of residential properties, commercial units, and agricultural land.
  • Representing developers in the sale of properties within licensed and unlicensed projects.
  • Assisting clients with subdivision and amalgamation of land.
  • Handling mortgage financing on behalf of various banks and individuals.
  • Addressing lease and tenancy matters.
  • Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations on properties.
