Our Private Clients Practice particularly focusing on wealth management planning and estate administration is set up and headed by Datin Azlin Nordinar. She is an advisor who has been actively involved in inheritance and succession planning for the past 15 years. She is a dual qualified civil advocate and solicitor of the high court of Malaya, and a syariah practicing advocate in the Federal Territories of Malaysia. We counsel and advise banks, trust companies, wealth planners and individuals on asset protection and preservation, including business succession planning and the formation of trust (private, charitable and non-charitable).

It is also our core practice to assist administrators or executors, whichever is applicable for the issuance of the Grant of Letters of Representative for Muslim and non Muslim families and its distribution to the rightful beneficiaries and legal heirs accordingly.
